No tiers where the bathroom costs extra. This is the standard clean, written out so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

  • Outside of all appliances
  • Cupboard fronts and handles
  • Floors washed by hand at the edges
  • Bins emptied and relined

Bathrooms

  • Shower, tub and glass descaled
  • Toilet cleaned inside and out
  • Mirrors and fixtures polished
  • Tile and grout wiped down
  • Floors washed and dried

Bedrooms

  • Beds made or linens changed
  • Surfaces dusted, including sills
  • Mirrors and glass
  • Vacuumed, under the bed included
  • Bins emptied

Living areas

  • Dusting, low and high
  • Skirting boards and door frames
  • Cushions straightened, throws folded
  • Vacuum and mop throughout
  • Light switches and handles sanitised

Letting someone into your home is the hard part. So we made that the part we are strictest about.

You meet them firstA free walk through before anything is booked, so you have met the person who will be in your home.

It is the same person every timeNot a rota. If your cleaner is away you are told in advance and you can skip the visit rather than take a stranger.

Employed, not subcontractedEvery cleaner is on payroll, WCB covered and criminal record checked. Nobody is sent to your door as a contractor.

Keys handled properlyKeys are held in a numbered safe with no address on the tag, and signed in and out each day.

08 / Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need to be home?

Most clients are not. Once you are settled, we hold a key in a numbered safe or use a lockbox code, whichever you prefer.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, including the vacuum, and it is in the price. If you would rather we used your products or fragrance free ones, just say so.

What if something gets broken?

We tell you the same day rather than hoping you do not notice, and it goes through our insurance. Placeholder text: real policy details would go here.

Can I skip a visit?

Yes. A week of notice and there is no charge. Holidays, renovations and quiet months are normal.

What if I am not happy with a clean?

Tell us within two days and someone comes back to redo it at no charge. That is the whole policy.
