02 / What it costs to find out
The callout fee, before you call.
Everyone wants to know this and almost nobody publishes it. It is the single biggest reason people do not pick up the phone.
You get the repair price before any work starts, not after. If you do not like it, we pack up and you pay the callout only.
03 / When we answer
A real person, not a voicemail box.
Calls outside these hours go to a callback list and get answered first thing.
Hours and rate structure shown are placeholders.
04 / How it works
Four steps, most of them in one visit.
01
You callTell us what it is doing. Often we can tell you over the phone whether it is worth fixing.02
We give a windowA two hour window, and a text when the van is on its way.03
Diagnosis and priceWe find the fault and tell you the repair price before starting.04
Fixed or nothing owedMost jobs are done on the visit. If we cannot fix it, there is nothing to pay.05 / Reviews
What people say.
Placeholder review text. A real review would sit here, pulled from your Google profile, most likely about how quickly someone turned up.
Placeholder review text. This panel takes your real reviews. Nothing here was written by a customer.
Placeholder review text. A third review would go here, ideally one about the price matching the quote.
The score and quotes above are placeholder content. Your real reviews would feed into this section.
06 / Book a callout
Faster to call, but this works too.
Anything sent before 3pm usually gets a same day slot.
This form is part of a design concept and does not submit anywhere.
07 / Questions
The things people ask first.
Is it worth repairing or should I replace it?
Often we can tell you on the phone from the age and the fault, before you spend anything on a callout. We will say so when replacing is the better call.
Do you carry parts on the van?
The common failures for the common brands, yes, which is why most jobs finish on the first visit. Anything unusual gets ordered and booked back in.
What if you cannot fix it?
There is nothing to pay. Placeholder text: your real policy would go here.
Can you come out this evening?
For genuine emergencies, yes, at the after hours rate. Anything that can wait until morning is cheaper in the morning and we will tell you so.
Do you work on rentals and stratas?
Yes, and we can bill the landlord or the management company directly with the tenant present for access.
One number, seven days, a real person.
Most calls get someone out the same day.
