Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
Vitrine Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built this site to be straightforward about what happens with your information, so we’ve kept this policy as simple as the practices behind it.
Who we are
Vitrine Collective is a marketing studio providing websites, advertising, and video services to local businesses. You can reach us at contact@vitrinecollective.com.
Information we collect
Information you send us directly. When you use the contact form or “Start a project” link on this site, your browser opens a pre-filled email addressed to us. Whatever you choose to include (your name, email, business details, or project notes) goes straight to our inbox. This site does not store that information in a database; we only receive what you send by email, the same as if you’d emailed us directly.
Standard technical information. Like nearly every website, ours is served through a hosting provider (Bluehost) that automatically logs basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance purposes. We don’t access this data for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools (for example, Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). Our website platform, WordPress, may set a small number of essential cookies required for the site to function; these aren’t used to track you across other websites.
Third-party services
This site loads typefaces directly from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, subject to Google’s own privacy policy. Our hosting provider, Bluehost, similarly processes technical data as part of serving this website; see their privacy policy for details.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain emails you send us for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain our working relationship with you. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time by emailing contact@vitrinecollective.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at contact@vitrinecollective.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
Our services are directed at businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or services change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
