Booking
How do I book?
Online through Fresha for Kitsilano or West Point Grey, or call the studio. You can choose your service, technician and time.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. For five or more, please call ahead so we can set aside the time. We put out complimentary snacks and drinks, and you are welcome to bring your own food.
What are your hours?
Both studios are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
Lashes & brows
How often do I need a lash fill?
Every 3 to 4 weeks, with about 50 percent of your extensions remaining. After more than 5 weeks it is booked as a new set.
How do I look after new lash extensions?
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, avoid steam and oil based products near your eyes, and brush them gently each day.
Is there a touch up for microblading?
Yes. A touch up within 2 months perfects the shape and colour. It is booked separately, from $100.
Visiting
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. We welcome kids, and manicures or pedicures for little ones under 6 are $10.
Are pets allowed?
Well behaved pets are welcome at both studios.
Where do I park?
Both studios are on main West Side streets with parking nearby. Call the studio and we will tell you the easiest spot.
Gifts & offers
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, online in any amount from $50 to $300, or a custom amount. Buy for Kitsilano or West Point Grey.
Is there a discount for new clients?
Yes, 10% off your first visit at either studio, and 10% off in your birthday month. Mention it when you book or check in.
