Two year warrantyOn all workmanship
Everything behind the drywall, and everything on it.
Residential, commercial and strata work across the Tri Cities. If it carries current, we are licensed to touch it.
Panel upgrades & service changes
Sixty amp and hundred amp panels were never sized for a heat pump, an induction range and two cars. We size the new service, coordinate with BC Hydro, pull the permit and see the inspection through.
EV charger installation
Level 2 chargers in garages, carports and strata parkades. We run the load calculation first, so you find out whether your panel can carry it before anyone buys hardware.
Renovation & new wiring
Kitchens, basement suites, additions and full rewires. We work off your drawings or draw the circuit plan with you, then rough in, trim out and hand you a clean panel schedule.
Lighting & ceiling fans
Pot light layouts, under cabinet runs, landscape lighting and the ceiling fan nobody else wants to hang off a two storey vault. Dimming that actually works with the fixtures you bought.
Commercial & strata
Tenant improvements, common area lighting, parkade upgrades and maintenance contracts for property managers who need one number they can call and one invoice they can read.
Troubleshooting & repairs
Breakers that trip for no reason, outlets that stopped working, a burning smell you cannot place. We find the actual fault instead of replacing parts until the symptom goes away.
Most of our work arrives by word of mouth. That is a nice problem, right up until the person doing the recommending cannot send anyone a link.
Four steps, no surprises on the invoice.
You will know the price before anyone opens a wall, and you will know who is arriving before they knock.

We look at it in person
We come out, open the panel, and check what is actually there rather than guessing from a photo.
Flat price, in writing
One number, itemised, sent before we book the work. Permits and inspection fees are in it, not added later.
Done, tested, warrantied
We test every circuit, clean up, walk you through the panel schedule, and back the workmanship for two years.
A trade whose best work is invisible.
Most of what we do ends up behind drywall. These are the jobs you can actually see.
Based on Clarke Road. Working across the Lower Mainland.
Most calls are inside twenty minutes of the shop, which is why we can usually be there the same week.

The things people ask before they book.
Do you charge to come out and quote?
No. Estimates are free and there is no callout fee for the visit. You get a flat price in writing before any work is booked, with permit and inspection fees already inside the number.
Can my panel handle an EV charger?
Often yes, sometimes only with a load management device, and sometimes not without a service upgrade. We run a proper load calculation before anything is ordered so you are not paying for hardware your service cannot carry.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. Any work that requires an electrical permit gets one under our contractor licence, and we meet the inspector on site. You do not deal with the city.
What does the two year warranty cover?
All of our workmanship. If something we installed fails because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer defects go through the manufacturer, and we handle that claim with you.
How fast can you get here for an emergency?
We take calls around the clock. For a genuine emergency in the Tri Cities we aim to be on site the same day, and often within a couple of hours.
Breaker tripped again?
Call and speak to an electrician, not an answering service. Free advice on the phone, free quote at the door.
