Renovation
Service
Six lines of work, one crew running all of them.
New construction and renovations are the backbone. Service upgrades and troubleshooting are what keeps the phone ringing between them.
New construction
Single family, duplex and multiplex builds wired from the ground up. Temporary power, rough in, service, trim out and final inspection, on the builder’s schedule rather than ours.
Renovations
Kitchens, basements, secondary suites and full gut jobs. We work off the drawings or lay out the circuits with you, and keep the panel schedule current as the plan changes.
Service upgrades
Hundred amp to two hundred amp, fuse panel to breaker, meter base relocations and everything the utility needs coordinated. Permit pulled and inspection met under our licence.
Troubleshooting
Intermittent faults, tripping breakers, dead circuits and the burning smell nobody can locate. Diagnosis first, then a price to fix it, rather than parts replaced on a guess.
EV & heat pump circuits
Level 2 chargers and heat pump feeds, sized off an actual load calculation so you find out what the service can carry before the equipment is on order.
Commercial fit out
Retail, warehouse and light industrial tenant improvements around Newton and Cloverdale. Lighting, power distribution, data rough in and after hours scheduling.

The numbers a website should have been showing all along.
Seventy four people took the time to leave a review. Right now none of that reaches anyone searching for an electrician.

in writing
Four steps. The price is settled before the tools come out.
No hourly surprises, no change orders you did not agree to.
Scope the job
A call, then a site visit. We look at the panel and the run before quoting anything.
Fixed price
One written number, itemised, with permit and inspection fees already inside it.
Book and build
A date you can plan around, a crew that turns up on it, and a site left clean each evening.
Test and hand over
Every circuit tested, the panel labelled, the inspection met, and the paperwork handed to you.

Surrey first, then as far as the job justifies.
Most of the work sits inside Surrey and the neighbouring cities, which is why same week booking is usually possible.

Seventy four reviews with nowhere to live.
Right now those reviews only exist inside a Google listing. On a site they would be the first thing a new customer reads.

Answered before most people call.
Do you charge to quote?
No. Coming out to look and putting a written price together costs nothing. You only pay once the work is agreed.
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Yes. New construction is a large share of the work, from temporary power through to final inspection, scheduled around the rest of the trades.
Are you licensed to pull permits?
Yes. Permitted work is done under our contractor licence and we meet the inspector on site. You never deal with the city directly.
How quickly can you get to an emergency?
The line is open around the clock Monday to Saturday. For an emergency inside Surrey we aim to be on site the same day.
Can my panel take an EV charger?
We run a load calculation before anything is ordered. Sometimes the answer is yes as is, sometimes it needs a load management device, and sometimes it needs a service upgrade first. You get the answer before you spend money.
