Before you arrive
Two pieces of identification, every time.
At least one a government issued photo card such as a driver licence or a passport. Bring the document unsigned, because a signature has to be made in front of the notary for it to be witnessed.
Street level entrance on Wharf Street with no step, and free parking in the rear lot entered from Bridge Lane. Two accessible stalls beside the rear door.
Mobile signings across the Lower Mainland by arrangement, including hospital and care home visits. Travel is quoted in advance like everything else.
You are welcome to bring a family member or a friend to any appointment, though for some documents they cannot act as your witness. Ask when you book.
Most weeks we can see you within a week.
Call during office hours and you will speak to someone here rather than a call centre or a queue.
