Two pieces of identification, every time.
At least one of them a government issued photo card such as a driver licence or a passport. Bring the document unsigned: a signature has to be made in front of the notary to be witnessed.

Ground floor entrance with no step, and a lift to the second floor. Signings can be held in the ground floor room on request.
